What is the price, and how does it compare?

By our arithmetic, ₹2.81 crore on 1,800 sq ft is about ₹15,600 per sq ft of saleable area, and ₹4.15 crore on 2,600 sq ft is about ₹15,960. Square Yards' June 2026 average asking price was about ₹12,400 per sq ft at Budigere Cross and ₹11,400 on Old Madras Road (Square Yards, read 12 October 2026). Those averages include resale and smaller homes, so a high-rise launch with large 3 and 4 BHKs pricing above them is expected. See Budigere Cross.

What to check before you book

  • Tower height and floor: homes range from a 9-floor tower to a 42-floor tower. Ask which tower your unit is in and how many lifts serve it.
  • Carpet area: 3 BHK carpets vary by almost 300 sq ft across types. Match the type code and carpet area in your agreement to the RERA unit list.
  • Price basis: ask whether quotes are base or all-inclusive, and for floor-rise charges, which matter more in a 42-floor tower.
  • Water: the RERA form lists Doddabanahalli gram panchayat and tankers as sources. Ask about the long-term plan.
