Who writes our guides
Property Point Advisory.
The editorial desk of Property Point. We write and review every guide on the site, covering new residential launches, localities and the rules that matter to buyers in Bengaluru, Gurugram and Chennai.
What we cover
- New launches and under-construction projects, with RERA details
- Locality guides: connectivity, prices, schools, hospitals
- Official rates: circle, guidance and guideline values
- Records and rules: khata, patta, RERA, stamp duty, GST
- Infrastructure: metro lines, expressways and their status
- Guidance for NRI buyers
How we research
From official records first, such as RERA registers, government rate lists and land-record portals, then named consultancy reports and news sources. Every figure carries its source and date, and where nothing reliable is published we leave the figure out.
How we review
Each guide is checked against its sources before it is published and revised when the rules, rates or timelines it covers change. Each page shows when it was last compiled.
