A real estate platform for property discovery and information. We publish guides, answers, area pages, rate tables, calculators and project listings so that buyers can research before they decide.

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances.

Before you buy, sell, invest or sign anything, take advice from a qualified professional, such as a lawyer for title and documents or a chartered accountant for tax.

We write from publicly available sources: state RERA portals, government notifications and gazettes, registration and land-record departments, developer disclosures, published research and news reports. Where a page relies on specific sources, it names them.

We quote figures with their source and date, and we leave a figure out rather than guess. Even so, sources can be incomplete or wrong, and prices, rules and timelines change after we publish.

We do not claim that everything we publish is complete, current or free of error, and the site is provided on that basis. Please verify anything that matters to your decision with the original source, the developer and the relevant state RERA portal.

Prices, sizes, configurations, amenities, images and possession dates are indicative and based on developer and public information at the time of listing. Images may be artist's impressions. A listing is not an offer or a contract.

Where anything here differs from the developer's documents or the project's RERA registration, those documents prevail.

When you send an enquiry, we use the details you give us to respond to it, by call, WhatsApp or email.

We link to official portals, sources and other sites so you can check them yourself. We are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.

Any decision you make using this site is yours. To the extent the law allows, Property Point is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content.

The writing, design and compilations on this site belong to Property Point. You are welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit; please do not copy pages or data in bulk.

Developer names, project names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the projects described.
