Are any new launches confirmed for November 2026 in Bangalore?

Not from a source we can stand behind. We found aggregator pages with November launch dates for some projects, but their dates do not agree with each other, so we leave them out as unconfirmed.

Prestige Estates has said it will launch over ₹40,000 crore of homes in the second half of FY27 across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad, as per The Realty Today (updated 21 October 2026). What does the RERA date mean on a new launch?

Each RERA date below is the completion date the developer registered. On a new launch it is usually four to six years away, so plan your rent and loan timing around it.

Handover follows the occupancy certificate, and your agreement for sale sets your own date.

How do I check a new launch before paying a token?

  • Ask for the RERA number and find it on the Karnataka RERA site.
  • Check the number covers your phase. Large projects hold several registrations.

  • Ask for the price sheet in writing, with all charges shown.
