Which new Sobha projects in Bangalore are RERA registered?

Sobha One World has more to come: Motilal Oswal reported on 19 October 2026 that about 65% of its inventory has been released so far, with further releases planned.

What has Sobha said about launches up to March 2027?

Status of the three Bengaluru launches: confirmed by the company in number, unconfirmed by name. The note does not name them, and we found no transcript that does.

  • Eight launches planned for October 2026 to March 2027, about 12 million sq ft and ₹18,000 crore (Motilal Oswal, 19 October 2026).
  • Three of the eight are in Bengaluru. The others are one each in Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon, Greater Noida and Thrissur (same note).
  • Two large Bengaluru launches of about ₹3,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore (same note).
  • Overall forthcoming pipeline: 18 projects, 20.4 million sq ft, about ₹31,400 crore (same note).

Is Sobha Crystal Meadows a Bangalore project?

Unconfirmed. HDFC Securities said on 5 October 2026 that it expects about ₹6,000 crore of Sobha launches in October to December 2026, including Crystal Meadows Phase 1 at about ₹2,000 crore. The note does not say which city it is in, and we found no RERA number for it in our Bangalore data. Treat it as a name to watch, not a listed project.

How strong is Sobha in Bangalore right now?

  • Bangalore gave ₹3,385 crore of Sobha's ₹5,862 crore sales in April to September 2026, a record half year for the company (Sobha results, as reported).
  • Bangalore was 60% of sales in July to September 2026 (Motilal Oswal).
  • Homes of ₹2 to 3 crore were about 30% of sales in July to September 2026, and homes over ₹5 crore about 26% (Motilal Oswal).
