Puravankara also said it launched Westend in Bengaluru in July to September 2026 (ThePrint/ANI, 13 October 2026). We could not match that launch to a RERA number in our data, so ask for it directly.

Which Purva and Provident projects are planned but not confirmed?

Status for all of these: unconfirmed. The call summary (Valorem Advisors) gives working names, not brand names, so we cannot say which will be Purva and which Provident. It gives no prices or dates for these. Any page quoting a price for them today is not based on a RERA record.

  • Hennur Road: named on the April to June 2026 earnings call as moving through approvals.
  • Bellandur, Mallasandra, Kanakapura and Grand Hills: named on the same call with RERA approval as the remaining step.

What land has Puravankara added in Bangalore?

Status: land deal confirmed, project unconfirmed. No project name or launch date has been given for these. See also Upcoming Projects North Bangalore: Assetz, Puravankara Oct 2026.

  • Four additions in April to June 2026: about 42 acres, 4.23 million sq ft, about ₹5,200 crore estimated value. They are at Sarjapur and Dodda Gubbi (joint development), and Anamanakere and Mandur (bought outright) (Valorem Advisors call summary).
  • A 7.83-acre joint development in South-East Bengaluru near Electronic City, about 0.89 million sq ft of saleable area and about ₹1,100 crore (Investywise, 25 August 2026).
  • A 6.4-acre joint development at Sarjapur, over ₹1,000 crore (ThePrint/ANI). This may overlap with the Sarjapur site above. We could not tell.

How big is the Puravankara launch pipeline?

We found no Bengaluru-only figure and no list of launches by quarter. Puravankara's current projects are on Puravankara.
