Sarjapur Road or Whitefield: which costs more?

Square Yards put Whitefield at about ₹14,500 per sq ft in June 2026, up from ₹14,150 in December 2025, and Sarjapur Road at about ₹12,250, unchanged over the same period. That gap is about 18% on our arithmetic. Across the city, Anarock counted about 16,670 sales in Bengaluru in Q3 2026, up 12% from a year earlier. Portal rates are averages of asking prices, and a new launch can sit well above them.
