Hennur Road, the north-east Bengaluru corridor running from the Outer Ring Road junction out towards Kothanur and the Hennur–Bagalur Road, is one of the city's more complete budget ranges. Our catalogue has 12 projects here, from about ₹57 lakh for a ready 2 BHK to about ₹5.9 crore for a 4 BHK, with Manyata Tech Park minutes away.

Updated 10 October 2026. Project figures are Property Point listing data (developer information, indicative, October 2026) and change with each developer's price sheet. Drive times were measured by Property Point on the Ola Maps distance matrix.

Where does Hennur Road begin and end?

For a buyer the corridor has three parts. The inner stretch around Hennur Cross and the Outer Ring Road junction sits next to Kalyan Nagar, HRBR and HBR Layout. The middle stretch runs north through Kothanur and Kannuru. The outer stretch becomes the Hennur–Bagalur Road towards Chikkagubbi and Bagalur, which is the road route many residents use for the airport.
