For the wider pipeline, CRE Matrix data published on 17 July 2026 puts Prestige Group first in Bengaluru's 2026 to 2031 pipeline with a 10.4% share and an estimated ₹44,205 crore of launched value. Godrej Properties and Sobha follow at 5.0% each, then Brigade Group at 4.2%.

Among 2026 registrations with a confirmed price, the lowest starts are Prestige Parklane from ₹65 lakh and Northern Lights By Puravankara KVN from ₹77 lakh. Does registered in 2026 mean launched in 2026?

Mostly, but not always. RERA registration is the legal step before sale, and a project's sales launch may come some weeks later. Brigade Belvedere is one confirmed case: its launch was reported on 25 March 2026, with revenue potential of over ₹1,100 crore as per HDFC Sky, a day after its RERA registration.
