Which Brigade projects are planned but not RERA confirmed?

Status for all of these: unconfirmed. We found no RERA number for them in our data on 28 October 2026. A broker's estimate is not a launch date.

  • Whitefield Host Hotel: listed by PL Capital on 17 August 2026 among launches expected in October to December 2026. The note does not give size or price, and we cannot confirm what will be sold there.
  • Cornerstone Utopia Phase 2: named by Elara Securities on 16 August 2026 as an extra Bengaluru option, with no date.
  • Devanahalli and Kengeri: also named by Elara as extra Bengaluru options. These are locations, not project names.

How big is Brigade's launch pipeline?

  • About 7 million sq ft planned for October 2026 to March 2027, and about 3 million sq ft in April to June 2027 (Elara; PL Capital).
  • FY27 sales target of ₹9,000 crore (Elara: ₹90 billion, up 20% on the year).
  • Bengaluru was 58% of Brigade's home sales in April to June 2026 (PL Capital).

How do you check a new Brigade launch?

  • Ask for the RERA number and search it on rera.karnataka.gov.in.
  • Match the phase or wing to the one you are booking. Large townships such as Brigade Orchards have separate registrations.
  • Read the RERA completion date on the certificate, not the date on a brochure.
