What land has Godrej bought in Bangalore for future projects?

Status: land purchase confirmed, future project unconfirmed. No filing we saw gives a project name or launch date. We also cannot tell whether any of these sites has already become one of the registered projects above. Please do not treat a land deal as a launch.

  • About 20 acres in East Bengaluru near Whitefield, premium homes, about ₹1,350 crore revenue potential (Godrej exchange filing, 18 March 2026).
  • About 26 acres near Sarjapur Road, about ₹1,100 crore revenue potential (reported by Outlook Business and Angel One, October 2025).
  • About 48 acres in Doddaballapur, North Bengaluru, for plots, about 1.1 million sq ft (Godrej filing, 18 July 2025). No revenue figure was given.

How much of Godrej's launch pipeline is in Bangalore?

Godrej's managing director said on the September-quarter earnings call that launches for October 2026 to March 2027 total over ₹32,000 crore (UNI; Investywise call summary). The summary names Bandra, Sector 63A Gurugram, Thane, Vikhroli, Ashok Vihar, Noida and Neopolis, among others. As far as we can place them, none of these is in Bangalore.

That does not mean nothing is coming. The same call lists deeper presence in Bangalore and Mumbai as key priorities. Godrej Vanantara also added over ₹500 crore of bookings in the quarter. But we found no Bangalore project name or size for this period, so we will not guess one.
