Updated 26 October 2026. Most pages online still describe a codename with no RERA number. This guide matches the marketing name to the two RERA registrations and lists sizes, price, possession and location.

Is Abhee New Dimension RERA approved?

Yes, in two phases. The developer's project page lists both registration numbers (Abhee Ventures). On the Karnataka RERA register they appear as Abhee City Urban Glenn:

  • Phase I: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250826/008887, registered 25 August 2026; 566 homes; land 24,504 sq m, about 6.06 acres; completion 31 December 2033 (Karnataka RERA; conversion ours).
  • Phase II: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/300926/008986, registered 30 September 2026; 1,000 homes; land 31,399 sq m, about 7.76 acres; completion 31 December 2033 (Karnataka RERA; conversion ours).
  • Plan approval for both: Bangalore Development Authority, plan dated 8 May 2026; project start date 10 July 2026 (Karnataka RERA).
  • Progress declared by the promoter: Phase I 3% and Phase II 0%, in updates filed on 15 October 2026 (Karnataka RERA).

Abhee New Dimension price

The developer gives an indicative starting price of ₹1.19 crore, based on ₹9,950 to ₹10,250 per sq ft all-inclusive, with preferential location charges, floor rise and maintenance extra, and says pricing may change at formal launch (Abhee Ventures project page, opened 26 October 2026). The page describes the current stage as expression of interest.

At ₹10,000 per sq ft, a 1,180 sq ft entry home would cost about ₹1.18 crore and a 2,600 sq ft home about ₹2.6 crore before extras (our arithmetic on the developer's ranges). Because the area basis is not stated, ask for the carpet area and price of the exact unit before paying an EOI amount.

Configurations and carpet area

The developer lists 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes of about 1,180 to 2,600 sq ft (Abhee Ventures). The RERA inventory gives the carpet area averages per type, converted by us:

  • Phase I: 74 two-bedroom (about 793 sq ft carpet), 356 three-bedroom (about 1,051 sq ft), 66 'three-and-a-half' (about 1,283 sq ft) and 70 'four-and-a-half' (about 1,643 sq ft) (Karnataka RERA).
  • Phase II: 218 two-bedroom (about 785 sq ft) and 782 three-bedroom (about 1,042 sq ft) (Karnataka RERA).
  • Across both phases, 1,566 homes are registered, a little over half of the roughly 3,000 planned (our arithmetic).

Towers, open space and amenities

  • 14 residential towers of two basements, ground and 35 floors (Abhee Ventures).
  • About 85% open space, as stated by the developer (Abhee Ventures).
  • A 3-acre private golf course (Abhee Ventures).
  • 140-plus amenities across four clubhouses and a wellness clubhouse, about 1.5 lakh sq ft combined (Abhee Ventures).

Location and connectivity

The developer places the township at Gunjur, behind its Abhee Celestial City project, and refers to both the Whitefield–Sarjapur Main Road and the Varthur–Sarjapur Road (Abhee Ventures). The RERA addresses list survey numbers in Gunjur village (Varthur hobli) and in Dommasandra and Thigalachowdadenahalli villages (Sarjapura hobli, Anekal taluk) (Karnataka RERA).

The developer's drive times are about 13 minutes to Wipro SEZ, 16 to RGA Tech Park, 25 to Ecospace, Embassy Tech Village and Whitefield, 35 to Silk Board and 40 to Koramangala (Abhee Ventures). These are developer estimates; test the peak-hour drive yourself.

Is it safe to pay an EOI at New Dimension?

The phases are registered, so the basic legal footing exists. An EOI is still an early-stage payment. Before paying:

  • Check which phase, tower and RERA number your unit falls under.
  • Ask whether the EOI is fully refundable, by when, and get that in writing.
  • Compare the developer's per sq ft price with the carpet area of the unit, not the quoted size.
  • Note that both phases are due in December 2033, a seven-year horizon from registration.
