Updated 21 October 2026. We read the developer's project page, its January 2025 launch press release and the RERA filings for all six phases that day. Most pages give one possession date for the whole project; that is not how it is registered. Below is the phase-by-phase map, the latest booking figures from the RERA tables and the developer's own price.

How much is booked?

As per the latest RERA quarterly update, Phase 5 shows 572 of its 581 units booked (Karnataka RERA, update submitted 18 August 2026) and Phase 2 shows 126 of 128 booked (Karnataka RERA, latest unit table). The developer's January 2025 press release described Phase 1 as sold out (Provident press release, 17 January 2025).

In plain terms, very little first-sale stock remains in the registered phases. Ask the developer which phase and tower any unit on offer belongs to, and that phase's completion date.

Provident Ecopolitan price and floor plans

The developer's page header reads '₹1.29 Cr* onwards' for 3 BHK and 3.5 BHK. The FAQ on the same page mentions 3 BHK 'from ₹1.19 Cr onwards' under a festive Home Habba offer (Provident project page, read 21 October 2026). Offers change; ask for the price and validity in writing. We do not quote broker price lists or per sq ft rates that the developer has not published.

Sizes for Phase 5 as stated in the launch press release, area basis not stated (Provident press release, 17 January 2025):

  • 1 BHK · 530–590 sq ft
  • 3 BHK · 1,492–1,550 sq ft
  • 3.5 BHK · 1,793–1,911 sq ft

The RERA filings give carpet area per unit, which is the figure your agreement must state. Across phases, 1 BHK is about 37–45 sq m, 2 BHK about 55–63 sq m, 3 BHK about 77–86 sq m and 3.5 BHK about 103 sq m (Karnataka RERA). The Phase 5 inventory, as filed, lists 539 units labelled 'EWS Type' of about 30 sq m carpet, 21 units of 3 BHK at about 86 sq m and 21 of 3.5 BHK at about 103 sq m (Karnataka RERA). We report those labels as filed. Ask for the floor plan of your exact unit with its RERA carpet area marked.

Location and connectivity

The project sits inside the KIADB Aerospace Park, north-east of Kempegowda International Airport. Drive times below are the developer's own (Provident project page, read 21 October 2026):

Who Provident Ecopolitan suits

It suits people who work in the Aerospace Park or around the airport and want to live close to it, and families who want a 3 or 3.5 BHK in a large, phased community. The developer cites 1.3 acres kept as urban forest, more than 45 indigenous plant species, IGBC green design and over 30 amenities (Provident project page and press release).

It suits less well someone who needs to move in within a year. The earliest registered completion is 30 September 2027 (Karnataka RERA).

What to check before you book

  • Confirm which of the six RERA phases your unit sits in, and use that phase's completion date.
  • Open that phase on rera.karnataka.gov.in and check the plan approval, promoter name and latest quarterly update.
  • Get the RERA carpet area of your unit in the agreement, not only a super built-up figure.
  • Ask for the full cost sheet: base price, offer terms, car park, club, deposits and GST.
  • Match the payment plan to construction stages and pay only into the project account named in the agreement.
  • If buying a resale unit, ask the seller for the original agreement and the developer's transfer terms.
