Updated 27 October 2026. Portal listings show the saleable sizes only. This guide adds what the RERA filing says: carpet areas, the four wings and their heights, the plan approval, the project cost and the parking count.

NVG Seattle floor plans: carpet area vs saleable size

The RERA unit table gives carpet areas, the usable floor inside the walls. Two-bedroom homes range from 66.34 to 69.72 sq m, about 714 to 750 sq ft. Three-bedroom homes range from 66.95 to 107.99 sq m, about 721 to 1,162 sq ft; most three-bedroom units sit between roughly 94 and 108 sq m (Karnataka RERA unit table; conversions ours).

Square Yards lists saleable sizes of 1,071 and 1,118 sq ft for the two-bedroom homes and 1,490 and 1,743 sq ft for the three-bedroom homes. The gap between the two sets of figures is normal: saleable or super built-up area adds walls, balconies and a share of lobbies, lifts and the clubhouse. Ask for the carpet area of your specific unit number in writing, because that is the figure RERA protects.

Balconies are listed separately: 1,680 sq m in total across the two-bedroom homes and 5,350 sq m across the three-bedroom homes (Karnataka RERA).

Towers, floors and density

  • Block 1, Wing A: 10 floors, 59 homes, 34.3 m tall (Karnataka RERA).
  • Block 1, Wing D: 10 floors, 78 homes, 34.3 m (Karnataka RERA).
  • Block 2, Wing B: 26 floors, 205 homes, 83.9 m (Karnataka RERA).
  • Block 2, Wing C: 26 floors, 154 homes, 83.9 m (Karnataka RERA).
  • Three basement levels under each wing; 1,146 covered and 65 open parking spaces, about 2.4 per home (Karnataka RERA; ratio ours).
  • Density: about 94 homes per acre; the filing shows 16,134 sq m of the 21,246 sq m plot as open area, about 76% (our arithmetic from the RERA area table).

What is the price of NVG Seattle?

Not published. Square Yards shows 'price on request' for NVG Seattle, and we found no price on the RERA page or in any news report as of 27 October 2026. We will not guess one. When you ask the sales team, request the base rate per sq ft of saleable area, the carpet area of the unit, and the full list of extra charges (car park, club, power backup, legal, maintenance deposit, GST) so you can work out an all-in cost per sq ft of carpet.

NVG Seattle location: where is Doddabettahalli?

Doddabettahalli is a village in Yelahanka hobli in the Vidyaranyapura postal area (PIN 560097), north of the city between Vidyaranyapura and Yelahanka. The RERA coordinates (13.0993 N, 77.5451 E) place the site about 20.7 km in a straight line from Kempegowda International Airport (our arithmetic; road distance will be longer). Portals tag the project under Yelahanka.

The plan is approved by the Greater Bengaluru Authority, which means the site is inside the city's civic limits; the filing lists both borewell and BWSSB as water sources (Karnataka RERA). Ask whether the BWSSB connection is already sanctioned or still to be applied for, and what the borewell yield is.

Who may NVG Seattle suit?

  • Buyers who want a new three-bedroom home in Bengaluru North and can wait until late 2031: 72% of the homes are three-bedroom (our arithmetic: 359 of 496).
  • Buyers who prefer a lower-rise block: the two Block 1 wings are 10 floors, against 26 in Block 2.
  • Not for anyone who needs a home before 2031, or who wants a published price list before visiting.

Checks before booking NVG Seattle

  • Open the RERA page on rera.karnataka.gov.in and match the promoter, survey numbers 13/6 and 13/7, and your unit's carpet area with the agreement.
  • Ask for the plan approval copy (GBA/BNCC/Addl.CTP/0019/25-26) and the khata of the land.
  • Read the joint development terms if any land is held by owners rather than the promoter; the RERA page lists land-owner shares.
  • Pay only into the RERA-designated project account shown on the detail page.
  • Confirm the possession date in the agreement matches 27 September 2031, and the delay-interest clause.
