  • Which phase is your unit in? Phase 2's possession date is a year later than Phase 1's.
  • Is the quoted price inclusive of GST (5% for an under-construction home), car parking, clubhouse and preferential location charges?
  • What is the carpet area of each layout, as filed with RERA, and the plot area of each row house?
  • What are the payment milestones, and what is the refund policy on the booking amount?
  • Verify both RERA numbers on the Karnataka RERA portal.
