Updated 26 October 2026. This guide is built from the RERA register and the project's RERA detail page. The promoter has not listed a website on the register, and we found no developer page to cross-check.

Configurations and carpet areas

The inventory table lists six unit types. Carpet area per home is the total for each type divided by its count; square-foot figures are our conversion (1 sq m = 10.764 sq ft).

  • 2 BHK, 2 toilets: 66 homes, about 75.6 sq m or 814 sq ft carpet.
  • 3 BHK, 2 toilets: 138 homes, about 92.0 sq m or 990 sq ft carpet.
  • 3 BHK, 3 toilets: 132 homes, about 109.2 sq m or 1,175 sq ft carpet.
  • Duplex 3 BHK, 4 toilets: 3 homes, about 162.3 sq m or 1,747 sq ft carpet.
  • Duplex 4 BHK, 4 toilets: 9 homes, about 188.7 sq m or 2,031 sq ft carpet, with private terrace area listed.
  • Duplex 4 BHK, 5 toilets: 3 homes, about 234 sq m or 2,519 sq ft carpet.

In all, 270 of the 351 homes (77%) are three-bedroom flats (K-RERA; our arithmetic). Unit-level rows show small variations inside each type; for example, some three-bedroom, three-toilet flats in Tower A are listed at 116.13 sq m (K-RERA).

Towers, land and density

  • Towers: three. Tower A is listed with 24 floors, two basements, 117 homes and a height of 78.25 metres (K-RERA).
  • Land: described as 5 acres 10 guntas; the area table gives 20,606 sq m, about 5.09 acres (K-RERA; our conversion). Ask why the two differ, for instance land given up for a road.
  • Ground coverage: 2,118 sq m of plinth, with 18,488 sq m recorded as open area, about 90% of the land (K-RERA; our arithmetic).
  • Built-up area: 72,661 sq m, about 7.82 lakh sq ft; total carpet 34,989 sq m (K-RERA; our conversion).
  • Parking: 426 covered spaces, about 1.2 per home (K-RERA; our arithmetic).
  • Density: about 69 homes per acre (our arithmetic).

What is the price of Disha Whitehill Towers?

No price list is public as of 26 October 2026. The CA certificate on the RERA page gives a total project cost of ₹331.25 crore, including ₹27.59 crore for land (K-RERA), or about ₹94 lakh of cost per home on average (our arithmetic). That is not a selling price. When quotes come, compare them per square foot of RERA carpet area, and ask for a written breakdown of car park, club, deposit and GST charges.

What do new launches in Kadugodi cost per sq ft?

With no Disha price list, the nearest public benchmark is a 2026 Whitefield guide by OneCity Property, which puts new launches in Kadugodi at ₹11,500 to ₹13,500 per sq ft and ready-to-move homes there at ₹9,500 to ₹12,000, against ₹14,000 to ₹16,000 for new launches on Whitefield Main Road near ITPL (OneCity Property, updated 30 August 2026). The same guide says a typical new-launch three-bedroom in Whitefield is 1,400 to 2,200 sq ft super built-up, with carpet usually 1,200 to 1,600 sq ft. These are the publisher's own estimates rather than figures from a named dataset. SOBHA's blog cites about ₹15,000 per sq ft for Greater Whitefield as a whole (SOBHA, 2026).

Two cautions when applying these to Disha Whitehill Towers. Portal rates are usually quoted on super built-up area, while RERA gives carpet, so convert before comparing. And the all-in cost adds GST, stamp duty and registration, car park, floor-rise and maintenance deposits, which both guides list as extra costs (OneCity Property; SOBHA).

Disha Whitehill Towers location and connectivity

The address on RERA is Survey Nos. 6/1 to 6/4, 304 and 305 of Kadugodi village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East taluk, PIN 560067, with an existing 12.20-metre road on the east side (K-RERA). The nearest metro line is the Purple Line, whose eastern terminus, Whitefield (Kadugodi), opened to the public on 26 March 2023, with Hopefarm Channasandra and then Kadugodi Tree Park as the next stations west (Wikipedia). From the project's RERA coordinates to Kadugodi Tree Park station is roughly 2.5 km in a straight line (our arithmetic from published coordinates); road distance will be longer, and we have not timed the drive.

Who it may suit, and checks before booking

  • Suits: Whitefield-based households wanting a three-bedroom flat close to the Purple Line, with completion in 2030.
  • Ask which tower and floor your unit is in, and its RERA carpet area.
  • Ask for the amenity list and clubhouse size; the filing mentions a clubhouse but gives no detail.
  • Ask how water will be supplied, since the filing lists borewell only (K-RERA).
  • Pay only into the RERA-designated account (K-RERA advisory on the project page).
