We do not forecast prices. JLL reported Chennai sales up 27% to 8,587 homes and prices up 13% in H1 2026, with launches down 14%. Ask whether the price includes GST, stamp duty, registration, parking and club fees.
Check whether the number you were quoted is for the size you want. Some sizes in these projects are sold out.
