Which big Gurgaon launches are still unnamed?

How do I check an upcoming project before paying a token?

  • Ask for the HARERA number and open it on haryanarera.gov.in. The promoter name should match the company taking your money.
  • If there is no number, do not pay. 'Expression of interest' cheques before registration carry the risk that the terms change.
  • Compare the RERA date with the date on the brochure. Plan your rent and EMI around the RERA date.
  • Under Section 13 of RERA, a promoter cannot take more than 10% of the price without a registered agreement for sale.
