Updated 30 October 2026. The dates come straight from our copy of the HARERA Gurugram register, as held on 28 October 2026. The file covers 143 projects we track, not all 1,079 rows of the register, so a project missing here may still have a 2027 date. By our count, six dates fall in January to March, eight in April to June, two in July to September and two in October to December.

What does a RERA date actually mean?

It is the completion date the promoter has declared to the regulator for that registered phase. It is not a promise about your particular tower unless the registration covers it.
A large project can have several registrations, each with its own date. The dates above are for the phase named.
Keys come after the Occupation Certificate. A project can finish before its RERA date, and handover can take further time after completion.
Your builder-buyer agreement sets your own possession date, so read that clause too.

How do I check possession date on the Haryana RERA website?

Go to haryanarera.gov.in and open the registered projects list for Gurugram.
Search by project or promoter name, or match the registration number shown above.
Open the project page and read the validity date, the registered phase, the towers covered and the quarterly progress updates.
Confirm that your tower is inside that registration before you pay.

What should I ask before buying a home due in 2027?

Which registration covers my tower, and what is its current date?
Has the Occupation Certificate been applied for or received? Ask to see the copy.
Is GST charged? It generally does not apply to a home sold after the Occupation Certificate, and it is usually 5% without input tax credit before that.
When do EMIs and maintenance start, and what do the final demand letter and the parking charge include?

Is the RERA date the same as possession?

No. It is the promoter's declared completion date for that registered phase. Handover follows the Occupation Certificate, and your agreement sets your own date.
