Updated 26 October 2026. We read the court report, the listing pages that rank for the project name, and the marketing figures. The Haryana RERA portal was down when we checked, so we could not view the application.

Is Experion Emerelle Reserve RERA registered?

Not as of the court hearing. Experion told the Delhi High Court it had only recently applied for registration (LiveLaw, 21 October 2026, reporting the order of 16 October). One listing site says the application is out for public objections (RealtyPromoo, 26 October 2026). Under RERA, a project cannot be advertised, marketed or sold before registration. Any page taking a 'booking' before a registration number exists is ahead of the law, whoever runs it.

Why the Delhi High Court ordered a website taken down

Experion sued the operator of www.experionemerellereserve.in, which used the Experion name and logo and claimed to be an authorised channel partner. Justice Tejas Karia granted an interim injunction on 16 October 2026, restrained use of the 'EXPERION' and 'EXPERION EMERELLE RESERVE' marks, and directed the domain registrar to block the site within 72 hours (LiveLaw, 21 October 2026). The court called the use prima facie dishonest and noted that the site showed project details Experion had not disclosed.

For buyers this is the most useful fact in the story. Many pages ranking for the project name are not the developer's. Take enquiries only through Experion's own channels, and never transfer money to an account that is not in the promoter's name shown on the RERA certificate.

What is the price of Experion Emerelle Reserve?

There is no developer price list. These are listing-site figures, shown so you can recognise them, not rely on them:

  • 3 BHK from about ₹3.87 crore to ₹3.96 crore, with a full range to about ₹5.40 crore across 3 BHK, 3 BHK with utility and 4 BHK; GST, stamp duty and floor or view charges extra (RealtyPromoo, 26 October 2026).
  • Starting prices quoted elsewhere run from about ₹3.50 crore (listing summaries, October 2026).
  • Implied rate around ₹18,000 per sq ft, the listing site's own estimate, against a Sector 88A flat average of about ₹13,100 per sq ft on the same site.

Experion Emerelle Reserve size, towers and possession

Again, unconfirmed. Listing pages give land of 6.81 acres or 7.8 acres, between about 300 and 500 homes, five towers of G+40, sizes of roughly 2,100 to 3,200 sq ft, and planned possession in August 2031 (100acress, Experion-projects and RealtyPromoo pages, October 2026). The spread between these figures is itself a reason to wait for the RERA filing, which will fix the land, tower count, carpet areas and completion date.

Should you pay an EOI for Experion Emerelle Reserve?

Some listing pages describe an expression of interest of ₹10 lakh and a 30:30:40 payment plan (RealtyPromoo, 26 October 2026). Before you consider any EOI on an unregistered project:

  • Pay only to the developer's company account, never to a broker or an individual, and get a receipt on the developer's letterhead.
  • Ask, in writing, whether the EOI is fully refundable, by when, and whether it carries interest if the project is not launched.
  • Check that your EOI does not commit you to a unit or price before the RERA-approved price list exists.
  • Wait for the registration number and read the registered completion date before signing an agreement for sale.

What the ranking pages miss

  • That the developer itself says the project is not yet registered or advertised (LiveLaw).
  • That a look-alike website was ordered blocked, and how to tell an official channel from a marketing one.
  • That listed land, unit counts and prices conflict with one another.
  • A checklist for EOI money on an unregistered project.
