Cocoa County is a residential project by County Group in Sector 88A, New Gurugram, with access via the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. County Group announced 844 homes on about 24 acres, with completion scheduled for 2032 (PTI via Outlook Business, 9 September 2026). Construction World reports nine towers, including three 'Gold Segment' towers, and a construction schedule from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2032 (17 September 2026). The HRERA Gurugram register lists Cocoa County Phases 02, 03 and 04, each registered on 11 September 2026 with a completion date of 31 December 2032; the registered promoter is Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited. The developer's project page lists a 3 BHK of 2,592 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of 2,997, 3,825 and 4,671 sq ft, at a starting rate of ₹16,000 per sq ft plus other charges, with construction-linked and possession-linked payment plans. The central club, Club Elixir, spans ground plus two floors with a gym, spa, banquet halls, restaurants, a café and lounges (Construction World). The developer describes about 80% open landscaped area, low-density tower planning and a sky terrace.
