Godrej Aristocrat is the entry point to the sector's top end: 3 and 4 BHK homes from ₹6.13 crore, per Godrej. Elan The Statement starts at about ₹10 crore for a larger 4 BHK of roughly 4,300 sq ft, with penthouses above ₹15 crore. If you want a 3 BHK, only Aristocrat offers one; if you want the largest homes and the fewest neighbours per floor, The Statement is built for that.

Developer track record

Godrej Properties is a listed national developer. It reported record bookings of ₹34,171 crore in FY26 and ₹8,651 crore in Q1 FY27, its best first quarter. Aristocrat itself sold more than 600 homes worth over ₹2,600 crore at launch in December 2023, at the time Godrej's most successful launch (Business Today).

Elan Group says it has built 15 projects across Gurugram and New Delhi, about 25 million sq ft, mostly commercial and retail, and is now building residential projects including The Presidential on Dwarka Expressway.

Timing

Aristocrat was launched two years earlier and is listed for possession in December 2030.
