Elan The Statement is one of the most searched new launches in Gurgaon: people look up its price list, floor plans, possession date, RERA number and reviews. It is an ultra-luxury project in Sector 49, on the Sohna Road side of the city, announced by Elan Group in December 2025.

This review separates what Elan has announced from what our listing shows, and flags where public figures disagree.

Price

Our listing shows 4 BHK homes from ₹10.25 crore to ₹13 crore and penthouses from ₹15 crore to ₹18 crore, about ₹24,000 per sq ft. Square Yards lists a range of ₹11.10 crore to ₹19.89 crore. Elan's own announcement gives no price, so treat every figure as indicative and ask for the current price sheet in writing.

Possession date: check this one

Public figures differ. Our listing shows October 2029; some property portals show June or July 2033. Elan's announcement does not state a date. The date that counts is the one in the HRERA registration, so look up the RERA number above on the Haryana RERA portal before you book, and make sure the agreement for sale carries the same date.

Amenities

Elan lists a clubhouse with an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a Levo spa, a 24-hour medical centre with Fortis, an auditorium, a trampoline park, a pet club, a business centre and air purification throughout. Elan has not published the clubhouse size.

The developer

Elan Group says it has built 15 projects across Gurugram and New Delhi, totalling about 25 million sq ft (The Realty Today, December 2025). Its best-known projects are commercial and retail, including Elan Town Centre on Sohna Road, Elan Miracle and Elan Epic. Who it suits

  • Buyers who want a very large 4 BHK or a penthouse with only one neighbour per floor.
  • Those who work around Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road or Sohna Road.
  • Buyers comfortable with an under-construction purchase several years from possession.
