Updated 22 October 2026. We checked the project on haryanarera.gov.in today and re-read the senior-living and construction-contract reports. The page that ranks first for this search predates the senior-living deal and gives no sizes or RERA status. This fact file brings them together, with each figure attributed.

Sarvam at DXP Estate: the fact file

  • Developer: SignatureGlobal Homes Ltd (HRERA Gurugram).
  • Location: Village Gadauli Kalan, Sector 37D, Gurugram, on the Dwarka Expressway (HRERA Gurugram).
  • Land: 13.5656 acres (HRERA Gurugram).
  • Licence: no. 172 of 2024, dated 3 December 2024; building plans approved 10 October 2025 (HRERA Gurugram).
  • Homes: 1,798 apartments in 11 towers, about 5 million sq ft (NBM&CW, 10 August 2026).
  • Investment: ₹4,800 crore; planned IGBC Platinum rating (PTI, 26 December 2025).
  • HRERA completion date: 31 December 2032 (HRERA Gurugram).

Is Signature Global Sarvam RERA registered?

Yes, according to HRERA Gurugram's registered-projects list, which we opened on 22 October 2026. It lists 'Signature Global Sarvam at DXP Estate' with registration certificate no. GGM/1008/740/2025/111 dated 7 November 2025, registration no. RERA-GRG-2083-2025, and a completion date of 31 December 2032. The project's application page on the same portal shows the earlier temporary ID, RERA-GRG-PROJ-2083-2025, submitted on 10 October 2025.

The certificate itself is a scanned image we could not read as text, so open it on haryanarera.gov.in and match the number, the promoter's name and the land area before you pay. The reports do not say whether the 164 senior homes are covered by this same registration or will need a separate one; ask the developer in writing.

Signature Global Sarvam price and sizes

Signature Global has not published a full configuration-wise price list or payment plan that we could open today, so we don't print one. Ask for the price sheet, the carpet area of each type, and the payment plan in writing.

  • Main project, Phase 1: 50% of units at ₹3–4 crore each (PTI, 26 December 2025).
  • Senior homes: two sizes, 1,815 and 1,840 sq ft, from about ₹3.7 crore per unit (Manasum, via Urban Acres, 19 October 2026).
  • Our listing currently shows a starting figure of ₹2.87 crore; confirm the live price sheet with the developer.

The Manasum senior-living homes (Manasum Varishta)

  • What: 164 senior homes called Manasum Varishta, with an estimated sales potential of about ₹575 crore, announced in a joint statement on Monday 19 October 2026 (Prop News Time, 21 October 2026).
  • Where in the project: not yet decided whether they will be in a separate tower or spread across the 11 towers (Urban Acres, 19 October 2026).
  • Who does what: Signature Global handles land, construction, financing and approvals; Manasum handles marketing, sales and post-handover services (Prop News Time, 21 October 2026).
  • Services after handover: food and beverage, concierge, housekeeping, 24/7 healthcare support and an ambulance on standby (same source).
  • Timeline: work to start within a month, sales closure targeted in 12–18 months, handover in about 48 months (same source).

When is possession of Signature Global Sarvam?

The construction schedule and the senior-home handover are company targets. Only the HRERA date is registered.

  • HRERA completion date: 31 December 2032 (HRERA Gurugram). This is the date the developer is held to.
  • Construction contracts: ₹920 crore awarded, ₹460 crore each to KEC International (6 towers) and NCC (5 towers), with a 36-month build period and work expected to start by the end of Q3 FY27 (NBM&CW, 10 August 2026).
  • Senior homes: handover in about 48 months from the announcement (Prop News Time, 21 October 2026).

What to check before booking

  • The HRERA certificate and the number of units registered.
  • The carpet area of your unit type, written in the agreement.
  • The full cost: basic price, location charges, parking, club, EDC/IDC and maintenance deposit.
  • For the senior homes: whether they are in the same registration, what the service charges will be, and who runs the services after handover.
  • Quarterly progress reports on HRERA once work starts.
