Metro and commute

Hosur Road is one of the few Bengaluru corridors with a working metro along its length. The Yellow Line, 19.15 km and fully elevated, runs from RV Road through Central Silk Board and down Hosur Road to Delta Electronics Bommasandra; it opened on 11 August 2025 (Wikipedia). Traffic police analysis reported congestion on Hosur Road down 10% the day after it opened (Swarajya, 20 August 2025).

At Central Silk Board the Yellow Line will meet the Blue Line, whose Silk Board–KR Pura section along the Outer Ring Road is due for trial runs from October 2026 (Swarajya, 19 August 2026), with the full line targeted for March 2028 (Swarajya, 23 August 2026). Measure the walk from your project gate to the nearest station yourself.

Why the price figures differ

Square Yards' ₹13,250 per sq ft is an average asking price across listings on the whole road, which includes the stretch closer to the city. ANAROCK's ₹7,450 is a new-launch base price for Electronic City at the southern end. Our ₹11,600 is the median of developer price sheets for the projects we list, most of them near Kudlu Gate, Singasandra and Electronic City. Compare any flat on carpet area against recent asks in the same project.

  • Distance to a Yellow Line station, measured on foot from the gate, and whether the project faces the main road (noise and dust) or sits behind it.
  • Township phases: several listings are phases of one large township; check which phase and tower your RERA number covers.
