What is the guideline value in Chennai in 2026?+

Tamil Nadu's guideline values were last revised with effect from 1 July 2024, and those values still apply. They vary street by street: across the areas on this page they run from ₹850 per sq ft (the lowest-classified streets in Perumbakkam) to ₹15,900 on Anna Nagar's 2nd and 3rd Avenues, and ₹23,553 on one commercial-classified street in Anna Nagar's Periakudal village.

What is the guideline value on OMR in Sholinganallur?+

Old Mahabalipuram Road / Rajiv Gandhi Salai in Sholinganallur is listed at ₹8,800 per sq ft (commercial classification). Typical residential streets in Sholinganallur village are around ₹2,200 per sq ft.
